The view of the Duomo from our suite was absolutely breathtaking. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable stay. The ancient elevator added a unique touch to the experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The sitting area connecting the rooms was a pleasant surprise. We felt incredibly lucky to have discovered this hidden gem!
One situation that occurred during our stay was a slight inconvenience with the check-in procedure. As we were traveling without cell reception, we had to contact a phone number 30 minutes prior to our arrival to arrange for check-in.
