The view of the Duomo from our suite was amazing. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The sitting area connecting the rooms was a pleasant surprise. We felt lucky to have discovered this hidden gem!
One situation that occurred was a slight inconvenience with the check-in procedure. As we were traveling without cell reception, we had to contact a phone number 30 minutes prior to our arrival to arrange for check-in.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Milan. the location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city center. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially in the morning when I woke up to see the iconic landmark. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with plenty of storage space and a well-appointed bathroom with a good shower. Moreover, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
